About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor Mohn, a yoga teacher who believes in the power of movement, breath, and joy to bring us back to wholeness. My classes are rooted in self-discovery and blend breath-centered movement with mindfulness, play, and purpose.
I’ve been a certified yoga teacher since 2014 and hold two 200-hour certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. One is from Cloud Nine Yoga and the other from Hume. My teaching is also influenced by the meditative philosophy of Self-Realization Fellowship, which continues to shape my approach to stillness and breath.
I’ve worked with students of all ages, from children to seniors, in styles ranging from power flow to breathwork and meditation. My approach is holistic, accessible, and always anchored in presence. Whether we’re building strength, quieting the mind, or learning to take up space, my goal is simple: to help you feel more at home in yourself.
From the cliffs of Laguna Beach to the stillness of Norway to sunny Santa Monica, yoga has been my path to peace. Now, I share it to help others find their own.
